    We do not use private negotiation content to train public models. We may use limited information to operate, support, and improve the Services, for example to debug issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability, consistent with applicable agreements and law.

    • With service providers and subprocessors that help us run the Site and Services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
    • With your organization if you use the Services through a workplace account and administrators need to access or manage account information and customer content.
    • For legal and safety reasons if disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
    • In connection with business transfers such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
    • With your consent when you direct us to share information.

    We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
